I swear I remember an episode of The Lone Gunmen were we see Langly get covered in a blue dye like substances. Then in the next episode of The X-Files when we see Langly again he's still covered in the dye. Mulder asks him about it and he says "Don't ask!".
Does anybody know which episodes I'm talking about? I'm pretty damn sure there was a crossover!

Yes, Langley had a blue face in "Nothing Important Happened Today" But, it wasn't Mulder that asked him about it, it was Doggett.
Mulder did make an appearance in the final LG episode, so did Morris Fletcher... and Skinner was in the episode called "Lying Game." There are quite a few references between the two shows, as they take place during the same time-line.
Since it is a spin-off show, with characters directly from XF, every episode could be considered a "crossover."
